Women’s pelvic health & Musculoskeletal

Laura created PhysioFemina as a women’s wellness centre, a space to educate women about their pelvic health in a nurtured, supported, and inspiring environment. Laura works with women experiencing any pelvic floor or musculoskeletal concern throughout their life, helping them nurture their health and build overall wellness.

She has extreme passion for exercise, with herself engaging in marathons, triathlons and high intensity exercise. Through this, she understands the frustrations women experience when they are unable to engage in the exercise they seek.
