Laura is the visionary founder and director of PhysioFemina, a wellness centre designed to empower and educate women about their pelvic health in a nurtured, supported, and inspiring environment. With a deep understanding of women’s health throughout all life stages, Laura specializes in addressing pelvic floor and musculoskeletal concerns, helping her clients achieve strength, confidence, and overall wellness.

In addition to her leadership at PhysioFemina, Laura teaches anatomy and physiology to first-year nursing students at Avondale University and additionally works at Brightwell Health, a specialist reproductive and sexual health clinic in Newcastle West. Her commitment to collaboration and growth ensures she stays at the forefront of evidence-based practice, providing comprehensive care that addresses every client’s unique needs.

Anastasia is a highly skilled and compassionate physiotherapist dedicated to empowering women about their pelvic health. With extensive experience in private practice and community physiotherapy, Ana has worked with countless women navigating pregnancy, recovery, menopause and all life’s transitions. Her expertise lies in providing care that goes beyond the physical, addressing the emotional and psychological challenges that often accompany these stages.

Ana understands the complexities of pregnancy, birth trauma, and the postpartum period, offering a safe and supportive space for women to share their experiences. She provides expert guidance on women returning to exercise with pelvic health concerns, completing this every week in our reformer pilates classes.

Whether you’re preparing for birth, recovering from delivery, or navigating postpartum challenges, Ana provides expert guidance to help you feel strong, confident, and understood.

When she’s not in the clinic, Ana enjoys connecting with nature and spending quality time with her family in beautiful Lake Macquarie—bushwalking, swimming, and stand-up paddleboarding.

Sydney is highly experienced in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, addressing issues such as back pain, neck pain, and sports injuries. Whether you’re dealing with a long-standing injury or looking for strategies to prevent future problems, she takes a collaborative approach, tailoring every treatment to your unique needs.

Her diverse background includes working with local rugby and soccer teams and serving as the lead physiotherapist for the Northern NSW Football U14 team during their international tour. These experiences have fuelled her professional growth and honed her skills in treating injuries, optimizing performance, and guiding clients back to the activities they love.
