Absolutely. Our Pregnancy Pilates classes are tailored to support your changing body, focusing on strength, posture, pelvic floor control, and breathwork. Our physio-led approach means your safety (and your baby’s) is our top priority.
Yes. All of our classes are pelvic floor safe and designed by Women’s Health Physiotherapists. We modify movements and use equipment to support your body and help you feel confident during exercise—even with conditions like prolapse, incontinence, or diastasis recti.
Yes! Because our classes are led by qualified physiotherapists, they are eligible for private health rebates under physiotherapy extras. (Check with your fund to confirm your level of cover.)
